Bloom AI Voca (hereafter "the App") collects the following personal information.

• Account Information: Email address, profile image, username
• Authentication Information: Login information through Google and Apple ID
• Learning Data: Words, progress, bookmarks, level information, points information

1.2 Data Temporarily Transmitted for Analysis and Processing

• Images: Transmitted to OpenAI API in compressed format for image analysis
• Audio Files: Transmitted to Google Speech-to-Text API for speech-to-text conversion
• Text/Chat: Transmitted to OpenAI API for word extraction and learning material generation

Important: The above data is transmitted to third-party APIs for analysis purposes only, and the original data (images, audio files, original text) is not stored after analysis is complete.

2. Collection Purpose and Use

The App uses collected personal information only for the following purposes:

• User account management and authentication
• Generation of customized vocabulary learning content
• Tracking and managing learning progress
• Operating level and point systems
• Synchronizing bookmarks and learning data
• Improving app features and providing services
• Resolving technical errors

3. Personal Information Retention and Usage Period

• Account Information: Retained during active account period, immediately deleted upon withdrawal
• Learning Data: Retained until user deletion
• Analysis Intermediate Data: Deleted after analysis completion (original images, audio, text are not stored)
• API Logs: Subject to third-party API provider policies (OpenAI, Google)

4. Third-Party Provision and Sharing

• All communications are protected through TLS/SSL encryption.
• Firebase uses Google Cloud's security infrastructure.
• Sensitive data is encrypted during API communication.
• In-app data is stored in the device's secure storage.

6. User Rights

6.1 Right to Access and Correction

Users have the right to access their personal information and request corrections.

6.2 Right to Deletion

Users can request deletion of their account and all learning data at any time. Upon deletion request, the following actions are performed:

• Deletion of all user data in Firebase
• Deletion of account information
• Deletion of locally stored data

6.3 Right to Refuse

Users may refuse to use specific features (e.g., image analysis, audio analysis), in which case those features will be unavailable.

7. Minor Protection

This App is intended for users 14 years of age and older. Minors may use the App with parental consent. If it is confirmed that a minor's personal information has been collected without parental consent, we will delete it promptly.

8. Changes to Privacy Policy

This policy may be changed due to changes in laws or service improvements. If there are important changes, we will notify you in advance through in-app notices or email.
