1.1 Information You Provide
- Account Information: Email address, name, profile image
- Authentication Information: Sign-in identifiers from Google and Apple accounts
- Guest Use: An anonymous account identifier if you start without signing in. If you later link an account, your existing learning data is transferred to it.
- Photos: Photos you take or select from your gallery
- Learning Data: Extracted words and sentences, progress, review history and accuracy, stickers, language settings
- Support: Your message and contact details for a reply
- Coupons: Coupon codes you redeem
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Diagnostics: Device model and OS version, app version, crash logs — Firebase Crashlytics
- Usage Analytics: In-app events such as screen views and feature use, coarse region, device language — Firebase Analytics
- Advertising Identifier: Advertising ID (Android AAID / iOS IDFA), ad impression and click records — Google AdMob
- Push Token: A per-device token used to deliver notifications
- Subscription Status: Product, period and renewal state, app user identifier, store receipt — RevenueCat
- AI Usage Records: Number of AI requests and token usage per account (for enforcing usage limits and preventing abuse)
We do not collect payment details. Card and billing information is handled directly by Google Play and the App Store; the App only receives whether a purchase succeeded and your subscription status.
2. How Photos and Learning Data Are Processed
The core feature of the App turns photos into vocabulary. That involves the following:
- On-device storage: The word cards you create and their photos are stored on your device and used for reviews and stickers.
- Processing for analysis: Photos are compressed and sent through our server (Google Cloud Functions) to OpenAI (word and example generation) and Google Cloud Vision (object detection and positioning). The photo travels inside the request and is not stored as a file on our servers.
- Analysis results: The generated words and examples are stored under a path specific to your account (Firebase Storage) so the App can retrieve them, and are deleted when you close your account.
- Cloud backup (premium): If you use backup, your learning database and the photos attached to your word cards are uploaded to storage dedicated to your account. Backups are kept until you restore or delete them.
- AI study reports: When a report is generated, your learning records (word list, accuracy, review history) are sent to OpenAI. Account identifiers such as your name or email are not included.
- Scene pack photos: The situational photos the App provides (airport, restaurant and so on) are AI-generated material and contain no user personal data.

- Data stored on your device (when you uninstall the App)
9.3 Withdrawal of Consent and Opt-Out
You may withdraw consent for notifications and personalized advertising at any time, and change camera, photo, and notification permissions in your device settings. You may decline to use specific features (for example photo analysis), in which case those features are unavailable.
